Team Barnett is a team that "works!"  The team is comprised of Kate Barnett and her husband Ray Mroczenski, and Kate's sister Leone Barnett. They then refine the number using a comprehensive comparable analysis. Ray uses the skills and information he acquired as a certified residential appraiser as a final check to the listing price recommendation. Pricing correctly from the start will garner the best selling price in the least amount of time.

Each member of Team Barnett works with sellers to help them prepare their houses for the market. Kate and Leone are trained Staging Professionals. They go well beyond giving the typical advice to “de-clutter.” They will also help determine placement of furniture and decorative items that will enhance the space and allow buyers to envision themselves living there. Ray, who is a licensed realtor as well as a general contractor and handyman, also plays an important part in this process. He has helped many sellers prepare their homes for a quick and easy sale by correcting visible flaws and fixing things that could come up as a problem during the home inspection. Ray has also helped sellers after home inspections by fixing items on the list. If he can’t fix it, he will recommend a specialist who can.
